2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
2.3. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.4. Accounts are not transferable.
3.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that have malicious code, illegal content or adult content.
3.2. All advertisements can be placed in graphical and text formats.
3.3. We reserves the rights to reject any advert, at any time and for any reason.
3.4. All advertising rates are prone to changes at any time. We recommend to always check the price before making a payment.
3.5. All bonuses earned or obtained on CryptoCoinsAd are not eligible for withdrawing. They can be used for advertisement acquisition. Bonus funds are the last to be used.
4.1. We will accept only websites that are deemed suitable for hosting its advertising formats.
4.2. All websites that are accepted in the our network need to respect the following rules/demands:

4.5. Types of websites that will not be accepted on our network:

5.1. All payments will be made in Bitcoin currency.
5.2. You must have a correct and existing bitcoin address.
5.3. All payments will be made on Monday if your balance of Bitcoin is equivalent to $50.
5.4. Transaction fees will be deducted from the payment amount.
6.1. All payments must have at least 2 (two) confirmations on network in order to be Confirmed.
6.2. All payments are non-refundable (unless the case your advertisement gets rejected).
7.1. Each time one of your referrals make a deposit (up to $100) your deposit balance will be credited with 10% of the amount deposit.
7.2. If the deposit of your referrals is more than $100, you will receive a fixed bonus of $10.
7.3. If you want to withdraw to your Bitcoin (Ethereum, Litecoin or Tether) wallet, please contact us. The withdrawal of funds is possible provided that your amount of Bitcoin (Ethereum, Litecoin or Tether) is equivalent to $10.
8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same email address.
8.4. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.

9.2. We will not be held responsible for any of its publishers, advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
9.3. We are not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
10.1. CryptoCoinsAd reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
